We are a group of Norwegian Private Pilots that are currently working on an online platform to promote cost-sharing flights in Scandinavia. We want to sign and commit to EASA's Charter to promote the safety of non-commercial General Aviation. Can someone give us som guidelines to how we proceed with the process?
