ATC specific wellbeing resources

Cultivating and nurturing positive wellbeing is an integral part of a holistic approach to your performance as an air traffic controller. This is particularly relevant now during the COVID-19 crisis. Some of you may have experienced extended periods of time off, or greatly reduced schedules. Others amongst you may have continued to work as normal but with many additional pressures. Regardless of your personal situation, the pandemic is likely to have increased your stress level and anxiety.

The hub provides signposts to resources that can help you to maintain or improve your wellbeing. Small tweaks and changes to your life can make a big difference. They can help you perform better at work and enable you to thrive and flourish in your personal lives as well.
