The use of electronic tools in the cockpit has become a central part of planning, conducting, and debriefing flights. This session will focus on the applications relevant for VFR (Visual Flight Rules) operations. We will also look into the regulatory requirements and explore how these tools can improve electronic visibility, situational awareness, and safety in the air.
Through a practical approach, we will examine how these tools manage traffic data, weather information, airspace restrictions, obstacle alerts, and more. We will also address the importance of power sources, data sources, and provide recommendations for training and task prioritization in the cockpit.
