To incorporate ED Decision 2021/008/R amending the AMG and GM to Annex-VIII (Part-CNS) to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/373 (the ‘ATM/ANS Regulation’), which introduced a new AMC on the conditions applicable to the provider of the transmission service for locating an aircraft in distress.
