Dear friends, I am not completely sure if following links are exactly VFR Guides according your criteria, but definitely will help anybody flying to Slovakia, Hungary and Poland. It is necessary to make registration for everyone national system separately but services are free of charge, running by ANSP of each country.
Slovakia: http://aisweb.lps.sk/ixo/login.php
Hungary: https://www.netbriefing.hu/login.php
Poland: https://iwb.pansa.pl/login.php
Some of them have direct access to national AIP as well.

Unfortunately, I can only agree.
GA is permanently underestimated across Europe. The value of proper and early started flight training as part of GA with progressive development to professional level is, notably last years, very deeply underrated. This is very short-sighted policy driven by "only profit" oriented managers and leaders. Some movement is already here, but not in our area. FAA Wants Action On Declining Pilot Skills and is writing letters to ICAO ...
It is real view to safety issues.
We know that situation in our part of the world is worse - but we are here more able to create papers and followed expenses rather then actions.

Yes, the regulation was published on 15 October as Regulation (EU) No 2019/1747. ( https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/?uri=CELEX:32019R1747 ). The amendment you would be looking for would be in point DTO.GEN.240 (for those operating with ATO, the corresponding point is ORA.ATO.135. )
Happy aerobatting :-)

Why a NAA doesn't accept a LAPL Medical Certificate from another ME?
I own a Training Organisation and our NAA doesn't accept a LAPL Medical Certificate issued in another ME without additional requirements. They state that it is accepted but the students would need more additional requirements and actions to validate its medical status. They are asked to submit the medical files from the original medical doctor where the certificate was issued to be filed by our NAA.
Is this correct? Is our NAA acting according to the regulation? Why isn't it directly validated?

I talked with my colleagues from maintenance, and they told me that they do not have a separate mailbox for standardisation issues, They are using the website Contact us form.
When you fill in the form, you are asked to reply to the following questions:
“Did you already contact the Competent Authority?:”
Answer: YES (otherwise it not be possible to submit the request)

It is no longer true. Look at Commission Implementation Regulation 2019/1747, Annex, point (22).

The UK CAA has published a new Aeronautical Information Circular providing updated information regarding ADS-B Out for the UK GA fleet.
The AIC addresses both ADS-B Out via Mode S Extended Squitter transponders and ADS-B Out via portable ADS-B transceivers, including the long-awaited approval of the use of a portable ADS-B transceiver in an aircraft with a transponder which does not have ADS-B Out enabled.
This is indeed great news ! Is there any chance this great safety initiative propagates to the (rest of the) Union ?
