Why a NAA doesn't accept a LAPL Medical Certificate from another ME?
I own a Training Organisation and our NAA doesn't accept a LAPL Medical Certificate issued in another ME without additional requirements. They state that it is accepted but the students would need more additional requirements and actions to validate its medical status. They are asked to submit the medical files from the original medical doctor where the certificate was issued to be filed by our NAA.
Is this correct? Is our NAA acting according to the regulation? Why isn't it directly validated?
