Added on ENAC website a new SPL (Safety Promotion Leaflet): SPL-6 Perdita di Controllo in volo (LOC-I): prevenzione e mitigazione (only italian language).
Take time to give a look to the ENAC SPL on https://www.enac.gov.it/sicurezza-aerea/flight-safety/safety-promotion/…

It's always a difficult one to find enough detail to make a worthy story and make it all fit into one page at the same time. Especially where there are lots of different approaches to a situation or safety topic.
One of the most important things is to start a discussion about a specific topic and then to have all the different views that follow. We are preparing an update to this community site that will also enable a blog style approach that will enable us to explore things in much more detail.

It is clearly stated in Appendix 9.
Quote:“ Section 3A shall be completed to revalidate a type or multi-engine class rating, VFR only, where the required experience of 10 route sectors within the previous 12 months has not been completed. Section 3A is not required if Section 3B is completed.“

Hello John, great idea! For Slovenia all the real time info in English can be found here (https://www.gov.si/en/topics/coronavirus-disease-covid-19/border-crossi…). Quarantine yes if coming from a red-listed country unless exempted. Regards,

How is it possible, that airspace data is not publicly available? Considering the amount of drone pilots out there for example, there should definitely be an open API of airspace data (AIXM, including airspaces, supplements, notams, ...). Could EASA maybe do something? The current situation is dangerous for the whole aviation industry.
I would love to have a magic solution to this challenge. At the moment the situation is a national level competence so not as easy to resolve as we would hope or think as aviators. There are discussions at the next EASA Stakeholder Meetings to discuss how to improve the situation. We will keep you updated on progress through the Community Site.

European Safety Managers’ Discussion Group
After the large participation to the “Safe-IT”, the Italian safety managers’ discussion group, the "Safe-EU", the European safety managers’ discussion group has been established.
The Group is a closed, voluntary, no profit reunion reserved to safety professionals aimed at discussing and sharing aviation safety matters (aviation accidents, operator’s safety procedure and processes, manuals, risk assessments, etc.).
All involved in safety management may participate.
Many safety professionals (e.g. safety managers) may be the only safety reference within their company, and very often they wish to compare their point of view (doubts, analysis, hazards, etc.) with some other safety professionals.
Safe-EU has been created to allow professionals to discuss about everyday safety matters in an easy way, like being in a coffee room.
In order to have an easy and fast communication way between “safety fiends”, WhatsApp is widely used.
The Group may also create documents and safety material in support to the members. These may eventually be shared with the aviation community.
Safe-EU supports and may provide safety material to other safety groups and organisations (EASA community, ESPN-R, etc.).
To freely join the Safe-EU “safety friends” Group, please write to s.burigana@aeronauticalsafety.com or WhatsApp to +39 339 654 4977.
Please spread this information to your safety contacts.

Many countries in Europe need a flight plan for G or even for every flight e.g. Greece.
