Dear All, I really appreciate the initiative to establish the communities which I believe will facilitate communication between the aviation specialists and will contribute to exchange the opinions and views on the problems I the field of Air Operations.

Concept of SMS, Flt Sfty, FRAT, SRA Matrix (maybe even FOQA) should be introduced just past PPL level... not suggesting to add as an Exam, Kids are already burdened with a huge syllabus, and costs. An introduction to above would help better analyse judgment decisions than just grey clouds and short runways. I found Pilots even in line flying are not familiar with above concepts unless involved in Flt Sfty department.
