Ah no, sorry, I didnāt mean the training part, I meant the convincing part: we have some collegues who havenāt had the FRM training and they want to see a written explanation/interpretation. If the FAQ gives us a clear interpretation, we use that to show it to those collegues.

On 7th october 2020, the ToR RMT.0392 was published and one of the topics included there was "operations performed by a group of aircraft operators sharing the same management system or belonging to the same āmother companyā (also called āgroup operationsā)".
Recently, this concept of "group operations" was addressed in the NPA 2023-01, regarding operational control personnel training across the EU. There is also a guidance document for NAAs, "Guidance for the oversight of group operations".
Is it expected to publish a NPA or some guidance material directed to operators that are willing to benefit from the "group operations" concept, with the future requirements for their management systems, operational procedures, training programmes, etc?
Thank you in advance and best regards,
Nazariy

https://asrs.arc.nasa.gov/publications/callback/cb_520.html
https://asrs.arc.nasa.gov/publications/callback.html"Many aircraft today are labyrinths of connectivity. Aircraft systems are complex, and a failure in any one system may elicit complicated results across multiple dependent systems. Maintenance manuals and procedures are detailed by necessity, and yet, may occasionally lack clarity. From nose to tail and wingtip to wingtip, AMTs are charged with the solemn responsibility of ensuring that aircraft are airworthy. For the AMT, every day presents on-the-job training opportunities, adds experience to the toolkit, and hones the maintainer toward razor-sharp acumen.
This issue of CALLBACK showcases reported incidents that may have been prevented had specific maintenance training been implemented or improved. Notice the far-reaching effects and potential impact of errors and missteps, and discover the reporter-suggested, or implied, maintenance training solutions intended to mitigate specific risks."
