Easy Access Rules of Part-IS published
The much anticipated Easy Access Rules (EAR) for Part-IS (Regulations (EU) 2023/203 and 2022/1645) have been published!
The EAR include the requirements for the management of information security risks with a potential impact on aviation safety for organisations and competent authorities and the relevant acceptable means of compliance and guidance material (AMC & GM) consolidated and in an easy-to-read format. Advanced navigation features through links and bookmarks further facilitate the reader in this aspect.

The EAR for Part-IS are available to be downloaded for free on the EASA website as pdf, online dynamic publications with filters and search functions for simple navigation with computers, tablets, and mobiles, as well as in xml format with machine-readable content. As they are generated through the eRules platform, they will be updated regularly to incorporate further changes and evolutions to their content.
