Is there any EASA rule that obliges flight schools to mandatory use a simulator (if available) in courses or typeratings?

Published in March 2022, this material addresses return to flying following the long layoff after the winter and COVID-19. Restrictions have since been lifted but basic principles and precautions remain valid.

Hello everybody, I need to shed some light on another grey area in 965/2012. Does an operator NCC/SPO with SPA.HOFO approval still need to comply with SPA.HOFO requirements if he now operates a non-complex helo? Basically is SPA.HOFO applicable under NCO ops? Thanks in advance. Kelly

Can one AOC allowed to have both rotary and fixed-wing fleets under one Accountable Manager?

Any group member experience with helicopter RADALT and 5G networks? Just working on one new helipad. By surprise one hidden antenna white box identified under approach path today. The old site survey attributed that "box" like AC unit. It is bellow H level, but helicopters must fly over that on 30-40 m alt (90-120 ft). The H site suppose to receive LPV200 (GPS/EGNOS) approach.
