Good day everyone! I was wondering where could I find information which are prescribed by EASA regulations when it comes to evaluating aircrew (specifically cabin crew) internally? What are do's and don'ts, scoring, written/verbal/practical rules etc.
Feel free to leave any references that could be helpful! Thank you!

In France, awaiting official authorisation from DGAC (French CAA) only solo flights are allowed yet.
Right from early confinement measures (mid march) ANPI (Instructors Association) organised teleconference refreshment briefings offered to FI and FE on a voluntary basis. We are happy to announce that yesterday we logged the 1000th participant yesterday.
Also RSFI and RSFE organised by ANPI for FI and FE revalidations and renewal are suffering from travel and meeting restrictions. Based on our teleconference safety briefing experiences, it has been offered to our CAA to perform these refreshment courses also by teleconferences. Permission is awaited.

Peter,
the aircraft specific procedure should be outlined in the Flightmanual of the plane in question.

Textron have published some more specific advice for disinfecting light aircraft, recommending two disinfectants for the interior, as well as a 50/50 mixture of IPA and water for glass panels.

With Coronavirus and the lock down effecting your ability to fly, how are you all managing to remain current with flight skills?
Lots of X-Plane, using a model of my aeroplane that I have developed to fly as close as practical to the real thing. It's not real flying but it helps.
