Good day everyone! I was wondering where could I find information which are prescribed by EASA regulations when it comes to evaluating aircrew (specifically cabin crew) internally? What are do's and don'ts, scoring, written/verbal/practical rules etc.

Those are the rules, do´s and dont´s refer to "style" and are in consideration of carriers. So far about training, evaluating is left to customers and employers.
