Are there any news about when the new EAR for AIR OPS will be published, with the AMC/GM for Regulation 2021/2237? It was communicated at the webinars that it would be available at the beginning of November.
The Spanish NAA have granted an extension for the implementation of the new regulations to be completed by 30/11/2022. Coordinating the implementation of the changes with the Flight Ops and Training areas by using the ED Decisions separated from the AIR OPS as reference is really confusing, as these areas are not familiarized with the rulemaking process. Additionally, there are AMC/GM amended by the ED Decision 2022/012/R and then amended again by the ED Decision 2022/014/R, which increases this confusion.
