and helicopters (e) Visual and non-visual aids and/or on-board equipment versus minimum RVR — aeroplanes (which are the same table) the CAT refers to 2D and 3D operations but the NCO refers to PA, APV and NPA operations. Is there a reason for NCO using the “old” and CAT using the “new” definitions?
