Good morning everyone,
Yesterday EASA announced the entry into force of regulation 2024/2076. Among other things, this modifies 965/2012 regarding the relief copilot.
However, as usual, the change in the IR is minimal and it is likely that this will be accompanied by new AMC/GM giving further guidance to operators.
There was a draft document with AMC/GM attached to the opinion that motivated the new regulation (Opinion 05/2023). Does anyone have an estimate of when this draft will become official and whether we should expect any noticeable differences between the draft and the decision?
