Dear colleagues,
On 7th october 2020, the ToR RMT.0392 was published and one of the topics included there was "operations performed by a group of aircraft operators sharing the same management system or belonging to the same ‘mother company’ (also called ‘group operations’)".
Recently, this concept of "group operations" was addressed in the NPA 2023-01, regarding operational control personnel training across the EU. There is also a guidance document for NAAs, "Guidance for the oversight of group operations".
Is it expected to publish a NPA or some guidance material directed to operators that are willing to benefit from the "group operations" concept, with the future requirements for their management systems, operational procedures, training programmes, etc?
Thank you in advance and best regards,
Nazariy

Hi to everybody this is my first post. I'd like to know if someone is able to help me . I have an EASA (FI) A unrestricted licence with theoretical CPL. and an Fcl.800 aerobatic rating. I want to enroll for UPRT instructor course. I would like to know if I am qualified. Not having a full CPL I may not be able to teach atpl Integrated students, but what about modular atpl students and type ratings ? Anyone has had the same issue, and found a solution ? CAA's don't seem to have an answer so they stop answering my queries. the thanks for your assistance best regards Marco Di Bernardo
Hi and thanks for your reply, I have the hours requirement but only theoretical CPL, so it is understood I cannot teach for integrated ATPL, but the question is for modular and type ratings TX Marco

EASA published Notice of Proposed Amendment on operations in the single European sky (SES) airspace - May 26, 2023, open for comments until Aug. 28.
https://www.easa.europa.eu/en/newsroom-and-events/news/easa-published-n…
EASA has published a regulatory proposal to enable and support operations (including of Helicopters) in the single European sky (SES) airspace.
NPA 2023-04 addresses two different subject matters: the use of airborne collision avoidance system (ACAS) Xa and the harmonised use of performance-based navigation (PBN) specifications for oceanic operations.
The proposal enables the use of ACAS Xa in the SES airspace, as one of the SES ATM Research (SESAR) solutions adopted as ICAO standard.
