Description
Join us in Cologne at the 2026 Part 21 Workshop, followed by the Certification Conference.
This two-days event will bring together industry staff, authorities’ representatives and EASA experts and managers to discuss updates in the EASA product certification activities.
DAY 1 — 10 March 2026: Part 21 Workshop
The first day the Part 21 Workshop will take place at the EASA premises.
This day dedicated to certification projects topics will feature a plenary session, as well as side meetings. Individual face-to-face talks with EASA experts will be possible during a dedicated hour.
Due to logistical reasons, the participants will be divided in 2 groups, and you will have to select in which group you wish to be registered:
GROUP 1 (157 persons): The Plenary Session will take place in the morning and the Side Meeting Groups in the afternoon.
GROUP 2 (157 persons): The Side Meeting Groups (identical technical subjects) will take place in the morning and the Plenary Session (identical content) in the afternoon.
Remote attendance will only be possible for the Plenary Session
PLENARY SESSION ONLY:
On-site participants shall be split in two conference rooms (Airbus and Boeing) in a classroom configuration with tables. The panel stage will be located in the Airbus room and will be live-streamed in the Boeing room (remote attendance is possible).
SIDE MEETINGS ONLY:
Each participant will have the possibility to participate to a single side meeting for one topic in the frame of a small group discussion (remote attendance is not possible).
COFFEE WITH EXPERTS
Each participant will have the possibility to have individual talks with EASA experts during a dedicated hour (remote attendance is not possible).
DAY 2 — 11 March 2026: Certification Conference
The second day the Certification Conference will take place at:
Cologne’s Botanical Garden (“FLORA KÖLN”)
Am Botanischen Garten 1a,
50735 Köln - Germany
and will be dedicated to major policies developments.
This event will be a productive event, offering unique possibilities for direct exchange with EASA staff and all the external participants.

Capacity for external participants: 315 participants.
Capacity for remote participants (Webex): Unlimited.
This event will additionally be live-streamed.
Presentations will be made available after the event under “Event Materials” on the EASA Website event page and on the EASA Youtube channel.
