1/1/20143 This is the main applicability date defined in the ED Decision. However, the ED Decision allowed that this AMC was not applied to applications received until 30 June 2014, if so requested by the applicant and providing that in such a case the applicant could demonstrate that the process of development of the relevant part or appliance started before the entry into force of the ED Decision (1 January 2014), in accordance with the specifications applicable at that time.
