Part-IS Easy Access Rules updated

The Easy Access Rules (EAR) for Part-IS have been updated following the publication of the revised GM for the regulation. 

This is the third iteration of the EAR. In this iteration you may find the following updates:

• Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/203: Amended by Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/2293 as regards the requirements applicable to organisations subject to a declaration ✈️ 
• Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/1645: Information security requirements for organisations providing ground handling services ⛽

• A list of acronyms and abbreviations 📝
