Part-IS Compliance Assessment tool

This is the release of the second BETA Test Release for the Compliance Assessment tool.

Part-IS-compliance-tool/AssessmentTool_Beta_Test_v2.html at main · Mario1645PartIS/Part-IS-compliance-tool · GitHub

What is this tool?

This is a simple HTML-based tool that is based on the oversight approach developed by the Task Force of Competent Authorities for Part-IS implementation.

This tool can be used for audits of Part-IS as a customizable digital form, hopefully supporting the auditor with relevant requirements in adjustable order while providing necessary information when needed.

How to support

The assessment questions from the EASA guidance material "Part-IS oversight approach" are fully inserted for all requirements.

How it works?

This is an HTML based tool - the only thing that you need to use this tool is a browser.

This tool has two modes which can be used, i.e., "Compliance" and "Maturity" modes. It is now fully functional in both.

The structure and the questions can be adapted to individual needs by selecting the "developer mode".

Assessment Tool

In this second BETA Test Release, an additional statistics column was entered to completion rate table. The "non-compliant" column shows the percentage of requirements, non-compliant in the assessment.

For more information on how to use the tool please visit the presentation of Mario Lenitz on Youtube which you may find in the "Related content" below.

You can already find some information in the presentation of Mario during the workshop. It is under the "Related content"

Regarding your 2nd question, the E/O/S/P/NP is based on the PSOE model and stands for the following:

E = Effective
O = Operating
S = Suitable
P = Present
NP = Not Present (this is my assumption, the point is to indicate that the present level, which is the minimum, has not been reached)

Regarding the PSOE model you may find more information in this deliverable: https://www.easa.europa.eu/community/system/files/2025-03/part-is-overs…
