Hi All, many people are talking about the role of integrated management systems that brings traditional operational safety to other activities such as Cyber and Physical Security. Joeri Meeus from Cargolux is doing a survey of airlines on this topic as part of his studies, which EASA are supporting along with other organisations. Your inputs would be much appreciated.

Does anyone can provide how the airline how to comply with this IOSA question
Hi Mohamed, this point is related to a relatively recent amendment to ICAO Annex 6 Part I for CAT aeroplane operators (see Chapter 15, standard 15.1).
You can consult ICAO Doc 10102 'Guidance for Safe Operations Involving Aeroplane Cargo Compartments', first edition 2020. There you have 50 pages of guidelines for how an aircraft operator can ensure safety of cargo compartments of its aircraft.

Hi All,
I am grateful to John for his help with setting up the webinar on ground handling. As one of the organisers of this event, I also want to thank all participants for attending the event and asking questions. We'll prepare a list of Q&A that will be published on the event's page.
One thing should be clarified from the beginning, and this was probably the main message of the GH webinar on 30 June:
A new regulation is coming in the ground handling domain, and this is the first time that GH will be regulated at EU level.
With the GH webinar, EASA seeked the opinion of the affected stakeholders about the first draft of the future EU GH regulation; we wanted to check whether the proposed rules are going in the right direction and if we have managed to address the issues already identified and published in the GH Roadmap and the Concept Papers in 2019 (https://www.easa.europa.eu/newsroom-and-events/events/groundhandling-co…).
We discovered that there are a lot more aspects to clarify, one of them being how exactly an EU regulation works and what the difference is between a regulation and an industry standard.
EASA will organise more events and communication sessions to support the implementation of the future EU GH regulation once it is published and until it becomes applicable.
So, last message to the affected stakeholders - mainly organisations providing ground handling services in Europe: please read the draft rules published on the EASA GH webinar event page (https://www.easa.europa.eu/newsroom-and-events/events/webinar-eu-ground…).
We welcome your suggestions for improvement at
