Hello everyone!
Happy to be part of this Community!
As you know, Safety Management System is a very extensive and continuing process. I tried to summarize the whole system with the “baby care model” as much as I could. I hope this AD-free/non-commercial video will be useful for you. Please let me know your thoughts.

Hi everyone. I was not able to join the Implementation Workshop on the Global Reporting Format for Runway Surface Condition this morning due to participants limit (1000 participants).
Hope webinar contents will be available later on in an "on demand" web feature.
Happy to see the interest was huge in such a topic.

Congratulation to the team for Sunny Swift « See and Avoid » excellent issue.
Based on military experience, I would just suggest to start teaching eyes scanning practices during PPL training, not waiting for transition to IFR”
• It makes “eyes scanning” becomes automatic, early in pilot training and more robust to any disturbing event catching attention (all events mentioned in the comic strip) and more robust acquisition versus time.
• Associated pedagogy improves the capability to think ahead, through better interaction between mental processes, situation awareness and eye scanning.
• Improved ability to keep up external vision together with thinking in advance at what’s to be done to fly. (Deciding what instrument need to be read, catching a glance on it and memorize (1/2 sec) then act accordingly, together with scanning the horizon.
• It improves accuracy, for example capability to catch a glance of ½ sec every 10sec makes pilots able to keep up intended speed during precision approach, or other phases, right from PPL training. All of this prevents LOC issues.
• Transitions to IFR and Night rating are easier.
Additional recommendations:
• Practice more ground cockpit training. Pilots become more familiar with cockpit layout, avoiding hesitation and time spent when searching which instruments to look or which button to press or pull to or which function hidden to activate in complex NAV-COM?
All of the above does not replace Sunny Swift messages, but consolidate recommendations.

Hi all,
Although I'm not an EASA operator, I'm sure that the things I will learn with this group will be very useful for my daily operations here in Brazil. I also hope that I am able to contribute a little.
Thanks, Michel!
It's done!
