Austrocontrol are pleased to invite you to our upcoming Austro Control-webinar.

Regulatory oversight across Europe has shown that the carriage and use of high-pressure medical oxygen on board are not always recognized as operational risk factors within Safety Management Systems (SMS). As a result, these risks are not consistently managed.

This webinar will examine the applicable regulatory framework, key risk elements, operational challenges, and best practices for ensuring safe oxygen handling on board.

The session is designed for HEMS and air ambulance operators (management, operations, maintenance teams, medical doctors) as well as authorities involved in certification and oversight.

The webinar schedule intends to provide a 30-minute open microphone session for participants to ask questions and share best practices and ideas on the topic.

Raul Ortiz de Urbina
Team Coordinator for Safety Management, Austro Control
Former Flight Operations Inspector Helicopter (ACG)
