dear Jan,
thank you for asking.
Part-IS, the content of Opinion 03/2021, is currently in the EU legislative process, the so called "Comitology". An initial discussion with EU Member States took place in February, followed by commenting round.
The comments received have been introduced in the text and we expect soon the text to be voted for adoption.
At the same time drafting of AMC and GM is on-going and we aim at having a first draft ready at the beginning of 2023.
I hope I will be able to provide you with more details in the coming weeks.

CS-STAN issue 4 includes in Standard Change CS-SC403b,
PROVISIONS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF LIGHTWEIGHT CAMERAS. And this Standard Change has refernse to documents for apply - CAA UK CAP136937, Camera Mounts Guide. But tyis CAP has been has been withdrawn from 10.05.2022.
Could I use CS-SC105a instead CAP136937? (it is recomendation of CAA UK)

- The AAM Reality Index, tracking the likelihood of an OEM certifying their aircraft, entering service and producing it in thousand of units per year;
