Hello to all. This question may not be specific to the General Aviation Comunity, but does anyone know if EASA has any regulation that is similar or equivalent to FAA's 14 CFR § 91.409 (see https://www.law.cornell.edu/cfr/text/14/91.409)?
My question has to do specifically with the US requirement that every aircraft must only fly if in the last 100H it was subjected to a 100H or annual inspection, but considering that "The 100-hour limitation may be exceeded by not more than 10 hours while en route to reach a place where the inspection can be done."
This would be a requirement that supports the aircraft be able to land with a total of flight hours past the due time for inspection, within a certain limit. (the time that the aircraft flew overlimit would obviously need to be taken into account when determining the due time for the following inspection).
Thank you in advance

Hi every body from Asturias, a Spanish northern región. We have here a HEMS-SAR service with Airbus EC135p2+ and H125. Very impressed for the effort I detect on this community about safety on our operations.
Thanks in advance for your knowledge.

Hi Guys! Nice to be here. Greetings from Abu Dhabi!
Good morning David!
I will check if they re having some statistics on that. Situation here is pretty much under control. Dedicated protocols for passengers, airport staff, flight crew etc. have been mandated and compliance is monitored. I am very busy doing inspections on the GH service providers and other stakeholders.
If I dig some data I will share.

May I commend this website to the forum - http://aerossurance.com/ It is a well informed site with some valuable insights into both operations and airworthiness issues.
Thanks for sharing this - Andy Evans is one of the members of our Rotorcraft Committee and shortly we will link up to highlight the accident summaries that he writes on aerossurance here in this community.

Good evening. I am in charge for the design of a plan to fully reopen the Israeli skies and put an end to the confinement period for arriving passengers. I will be very happy to hear in each country the percentage or number of infected persons by plane with PCR and without PCR testing. Thanks very much

There have been some important new things published over the past couple of days to make everyone aware of.
On the COVID-19 front there has been a new SIB for Aerodromes, guidance on removing aircraft from storage and also guidelines for handling exemptions from flight crew recent experience requirements. Check out the COVID-19 operational guidance page for all the latest information - https://www.easa.europa.eu/community/content/operational-guidance-and-s….
We also published the EASA Annual Accident Recommendations Review, which outlines the responses to accident report recommendations. Check this out on the EASA website here: https://www.easa.europa.eu/document-library/general-publications/annual….

Greetings from California, USA. I am a retired helicopter pilot/watch commander/flight instructor with the Los Angeles Police Department. The LAPD operated a fleet of 17 helicopters, AS350B2's and Bell 206 Jet Rangers providing support to law enforcement in Los Angeles. In a typical year we flew 15,000-17,000 hours since we flew 24 hours every day.
I now fly part time as a corporate pilot flying the EC135, Bell 407, Bell 206, OH58, and Bell 47 piston copters. I have a background in aviation safety matters and have graduated from the US Navy Aviation Safety Officer Course in Pensacola, Florida. I look forward to discussions with others interested in helicopters
Hi Douglas. I am interested in any 135 issues in particular but always open to thoughts about rotary wing on the whole
