Description
Prior the workshop Plenary Session a Side Meeting day will be organised on 21/11/2016 (from 10:00 am to 18:00pm).
This Side Meeting event will take place at EASA premises.
During this day 6 thematic groups will be organized and moderated by representatives from the Product Certification and DOA Departments.

People from the Industry are expected to propose topics of discussion by accessing an online form at this link (Please do not write emails to the focal points for this reason).
Deadline for submitting any proposal is set on 07.10.2016 to allow the necessary coordination among mediators and to integrate the team as necessary.
Lack of topics for a certain group may result in the cancellation of the related Side Meeting.
People interested to join a thematic group are welcome to express their interest to participate to the group focal point.
The outcome of Side Meetings will be presented during the second day of workshop Plenary Session.

How to register?
I’m an Industry representative (maximum 1 person per company) and I wish to register for the complete event (Side Meeting on 21/11/16 + Plenary Session on 22+23/11/2016)
- Step 1: please select 1 of the 6 thematic groups as mentioned below:

- Step 2: send your request by email to the concerned focal point in charge of the group
- Step 3: the EASA focal point will send you an email with a hyperlink giving you access to a dedicated web shop tool in order to register for the 3 days in one go
The participation to the Side Meeting is limited to 70 external participants (Industry representatives only).
We remind you that only 1 representative maximum per organisation can be registered to the Side Meeting.
The Side Meeting prior the Plenary Session is free of charge.
Lunch break
Lunch will be at the cost of attendees at nearby Cologne outlets or EASA in-house self-service.
