To incorporate ED Decision 2020/017/R serving as a corrigendum to AMC1 ATS.TR.305 and GM1 ATS.TR.305 (Part-ATS) issued with ED Decision 2020/008/R. Additionally, to correct the previous publication and remove AIS.TR.100 as amended by Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/469.

To incorporate ED Decision 2020/020/R amending the AMC and GM to Annex XIII (Part-PERS) to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/373 (the ‘ATM/ANS Regulation’) as regards the update of the initial-training objectives for air traffic safety electronics personnel (ATSEP).

To incorporate ED Decision 2021/008/R amending the AMG and GM to Annex-VIII (Part-CNS) to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/373 (the ‘ATM/ANS Regulation’), which introduced a new AMC on the conditions applicable to the provider of the transmission service for locating an aircraft in distress.

-         Corrigendum to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/469 of 14 February 2020 amending Regulation (EU) No 923/2012, Regulation (EU) No 139/2014 and Regulation (EU) 2017/373 as regards requirements for air traffic management/air navigation services, design of airspace structures and data quality, runway safety and repealing Regulation (EC) No 73/2010;

-         Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/1177 of 7 August 2020 amending Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/469 as regards postponing dates of application of certain measures in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic;

-         Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/665 of 22 April 2021 amending Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/373 as regards requirements for providers of air traffic management/air navigation services and other air traffic management network functions in the U-space airspace designated in controlled airspace;

-         Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/1338 amending Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/373 as regards reporting requirements and reporting channels between organizations, and requirements for meteorological services;

-         ED Decision 2022/004/R introducing and amending the AMC and GM on occurrence reporting and on meteorological services;

-         Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/938 of 26 July 2022 amending Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/373 as regards the requirements for aeronautical data catalogue and aeronautical information publication;

-         ED Decision 2022/015/R introducing and amending the AMC and GM to Part-AIS.

Correction from January 2023

To correct editorial errors in:

-         List of revisions;

-         Annex VI – Part-AIS (particularly in AIS.TR.515 Data set updates);

-         Change of location of AMC1 AIS.OR.505(2) Aeronautical information regulation and control (AIRAC).

To incorporate ED Decision 2021/008/R amending the AMG and GM to Annex IV (Part-ATS) to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/373 with regard to the unmanned and manned aircraft operations in the U-space airspace.
