Can someone tell me where I can find the prerequisites to create/apply for an external examination center to allow austrocontrol exams?

Few schools offer this in Austria for PPL - go and see the responsible guys at Examination at ACG and talk to them…

Hello Mr. Nowak,
in order to apply for a location as an examination center where Austro Control, as the competent authority, conducts theoretical proficiency examinations, please contact Mr. Raffael Stagl (raffael.stagel@austrocontrol.at). You will receive all necessary information from him to operate these examination centers outside of Austro Control headquarters.
