Hello evryone,
I'm a former Army Aviation flying mechanician. Human factor is a wide subject and helps understanding "why" (ie: How is it possible this feared fact happenend?)

Thanks for joining the community. Hopefully we will be able to discuss this a lot as things develop. Human factors and the role of organisations as well will be a key part of the discussion.
Is there anything specific on maintenance that you think we should be covering?
