CISO Assistant is pretty good. Its library has most of cybersecurity frameworks and regulations, including Part-IS, with features such as self-assessment, internal audit, matching of security measures from different frameworks, etc.

It tries to look very official but is very clearly not. There are some free resources including a gap analysis tool in exchange for your email. We haven’t tried so cannot recommend but it is offered for what it is worth.
