In the EASA fuel Webinar sept 22 the changes was supposed to concerned the wind only and the gust. why the deterioration in transient/shower conditions is now applicable ? Is it a mistake ?
Hi Bob, if you look at the columns you will see that the Mean wind and gusts exceeding required limits may be disregarded. You need to count the columns to make sure you're looking at the right one, as this formatting is awful.
The one related to the transient conditions should be the fifth on the bottom table.
