Hi all,
Do we have to de-register the aircraft from the aircraft register book once the aircraft got crashed and is no more in service?
You must de-register with the authority that issued the certificates then they will proceed with the de-registration. You will have to return the original certificates, if they are not recoverable due to the accident a statement attesting to this.
