Hello all!
Any other operator struggling with the new suitable aerodromes assessments (previous ops data, desktop and operational) ? [AMC1 SPA.LVO.110]
If I am not mistaken, in the current regulation, an operational assessment was only needed prior to commencing CAT III operations (AMC6 SPA.LVO.105). After 30 October, the assessment will be needed for any LVO (including CATII and EVS).
Is anyone willing to share their LVO data so that other operators can use the credits? (this was and is still allowed in the new regulation)
The impact in scheduled operations is probably very little (using previous ops data), but non-scheduled operations for bizjet operators will definitely suffer from it!
EASA seem utterly clueless to how their continually changing regulations impact Air Taxi operators.
What about create an “EASA database” of runway/aircraft type already assessted to be used and shared between by various operators?
That would be a great option, at least for EU member states. Does anyone know if Eurocontrol has this information via the flight plans? that might be another option
