Hello everyone.
I am a pilot student in some trouble.
Fellow student as well as myself are in a tough situation.
Our School may go bankrupt and we are scared for our licences.
We are integrated student, we all have The theory ATPL and we are wondering if we could loose it in case of a school closure.
If any body can answers me or refer me to a person that could it will be much appreciated.

Hello Theo, if you got the ATPL(A) theoretical certificate from your CAA, I mean, the CAA who will issue you the license, you cannot lose it.
If at the end the school bankrupts you can request a change of record and move to another school
There is a very serious ATO in the Canary Islands, CANAVIA, that will keep your training progressing from where you are now. Good luck!
