Hello.. I am looking for SPO operators of complex-motorpowered-aircraft with a MTOW below 5700kg who are using the Deorgation Art 6(8) for non-commercial operation (like ferryflights/positioning) to fly under NCO instead of NCC.

OPS acc Part SPO can be commercial or non-commercial, commercial SPO would be the second commercial OPS beside CAT OPS (AOC), non-commercial SPO would be the third option beside NCO and NCC, but SPO under NCO instead of NCC is not possible, as it is another option of how to do non-commercial OPS.
