EASA regulations or guidance on Depressurisation in High Terrain.
Does there exist rules or guidance on planning for x points in OFP, escape routes, and terrain alternates?

Some pilots have made their own escape routes planning charts, it also depends on the operator. However, if there is an official EASA document, please be so kind to share it with the group. Many thanks in advance.

Hi Martin,
I do not think there are any GM from EASA on this (probably the same for FAA but I'm going to check). It's all about drift down performance which is different for each aeroplane. This maybe of some help to you https://skybrary.aero/articles/mountainous-terrain-escape-routes and https://skybrary.aero/articles/emergency-descent-guidance-flight-crews
Best wishes
