Hello to all; I am lookong for some guidance on the subject of ferry flight/redelivery flights. Does anyone out there have an extensive knowlodeg of this subject metter and the NCC part of the regs?

Good morning, Guy. Without knowing your types of operation and standards that apply, I would always recommend applying the highest standards that would normally apply, e.g. Part-CAT. You would then only need to dip into Part-NCC in cases where compliance with Part-CAT was impracticable or prohibitively expensive. The intent of proportionate regulation is not to encourage a 'dive to the bottom'. Hopefully, that makes sense, without sounding condescending?
