Guillaume Féral (F), Paolo Pocobelli (I) and Mike Lomberg (SA) all three paraplegics have just started an incredible aventure: Fly around the world with two CTLS aircraft modified to significantly extand their fuel capacity.
EASA and FOCA were involved in approving Flight Conditions and issuing Permit to Fly.
They started two days ago and just landed in Greece. You can follow their journey on their website:

Is there any pilot who has never dreamt of flying around the world?! I don't think so, we all dream about it. Congratulations! keep us posted
It is with a lot of sadness that we have learnt the tragic accident of Mike Lomberg... His family and friends will be in our thoughts.
