A Holder of an ATPL with CR A330 want to fly non commercial, SEP aircraft with LAPL prerogative (Vorrecht)
Is it possible ?
Does he need another licence?
Same question
Does a PPL pilot which want to fly under LAPL prerogatives need a new licence ?
TKS
May be my question was badly asked. Let us be more precise:
I have an ATPL with TR A33 and also CR SEP
For SEP I am using only LAPL privilege (revalidation)
Is it possible? Or do I need another Licence ?
Same with PPL with CR SEP / TMG
As I am using only LAPL privileges may I also use LAPL privilege vor sliding validity ( 1hr flt w FI and 12 hrs within last 24 months) ?
Thank you Thomas I hope that the EASA representatives are of the same opinion. In those dramatic days of aviation unemployment that could help to save some flying activity. In some countries (fe Switz) the administrative burden for revalidation or renewal became huge and expensive...
JEAN CLAUDE; A PPL PILOT WITH SEP RATING MAY FLY under LAPL rights, f-e, his medical has expired for PPL right but for LAPS.
If a ATPL Pilot doe not have a SEP rating, he can not fly a SEP plane regardless which rights and medical he will be using.

Yes you can. No other license needed.
