In regard to safety related to rotorcrafts, I wrote an e-book which describes the technical causes of accidents. As everyone knows, most of the accidents are pilot driven, but there's still a few wide open traps in which it's easy to fall into.
The e-book is mainly single engine (AS350) focused, but several sections apply to any kind of helicopters. Right now it's in French, but pretty easy to convert in English on request.
The format is adapted for overhead projection since the first intent of those 5 sections were to be used during a refresher's course.
