First off, start by reading the really good FAQ EASA has available for the requirements and procedures to obtain a PArt 66 license:

Then, you can find a detailed syllabus on the Annexes to Appendix III of the Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014, namely Appendix I — Basic Knowledge Requirements. This can be found here:

(this is not the latest version of the regulation, but I believe nothing has changed in regarding this Appendix).

Regarding material, I'm sure you understand developing material for this takes time and money for organizations (Part 147 and other) so these are typically not available for free. If you are willing to pay, just google "Part 66 Books" and you'll find a myriad of commercial solutions.

However, there is some very good free material out there, not organized as EASA Part 66 modules, but that covers most of the syllabus. Check out:
