Personal fatigue management - heard of the quiet ear technique?
EUROCONTROL has published a document, mainly meant for ATC staff but very much applicable also to airline crew, called Fatigue and Sleep Management.
It is available in SKYbrary through this link:

This 114 page brochure contains easy to digest background science and many hands-on tips for personal fatigue risk management. Among others; the relaxation technique mentioned in the header above, as a means for initiating sleep. Try it out.

Not something specifically I am aware of. I know regulators, organisations and individuals have been dealing with many challenges during the pandemic and we encourage everyone to learn how to improve their handling of wellbeing. Feel free to email us at safetypromotion@easa.europa.eu and at worst we can help to understand more about situations where authorities can help minimise stress for the operational community.
