This Symposium provides a unique forum where Authorities, Industry, Operators, Pilots, Safety Investigators, Researchers and all those vesting an interest in improving rotorcraft safety worldwide can share and exchange ideas.


Registration is open until 18 November 2018 (or until the maximum capacity is reached).

The administrative fee is 160,- Euro (speakers and press free of charge). Registration is only possible online with credit card payment.
EASA will not issue an invoice for the registration fee. A receipt as proof of payment will be automatically sent by e-mail. 
Please ensure to bring copy of your registration and a valid identification document when registering on the first day of the Conference.  

Registration for Presenters
Participation is free of charge for presenters. Presenters should not enrol via the online ticket shop. A dedicated online registration tool will be made available in due time to selected presenters.

Cancellations and Refund Policy 
Substitutions and cancellations can be made until 25 November 2018. Please notify us as soon as possible at rotorcraft@easa.europa.eu (please refer to “Symposium” in the subject line).
Cancellations of an accepted registration must be made in writing to rotorcraft@easa.europa.eu and will incur into a 25% non-refundable administrative fee per cancelled registration (please refer to “Symposium” in the subject line). 
Delegates who request a cancellation on or after 26 November 2018 or delegates who fail to attend without prior notice are liable for the full attendance fee. The attendance fee will not be prorated should delegates not attend the entire conference.
