Database of External Experts

Please fill-in this application form in order to register for Call for Expression of Interest EASA.2019.CEI.14 for the Establishment of a Database of Independent Individual External Experts to provide Expertise to the European Union Aviation Safety Agency. The application form is divided in four parts:

  • Part 1: Declaration that the eligibility requirements as set out in section 2.4.1 of the CEI are met.
  • Part 2: Completion of personal / contact details and upload of duly completed curriculum vitae in EU CV format (up to maximum 5Mb).
  • Part 3: Indication whether the expert was already included in the Database of experts following the EASA.2019.CEI.14 call, and/or whether the expert is a former EASA staff member. Please note that all experts accepted for the previous database need to submit their application again.
  • Part 4: Indication of the areas where expertise is held and justification where and when was the expertise gained. Please note that applications will be evaluated based on the justification provided per each area, the applicants are therefore requested to clearly describe their professional experience, activities/projects and assignments relevant to the scope of the area(s). 
  • Part 5: Declaration that applicant is not in any of the exclusion criteria situations referred to in Article 136 of the Financial Regulation as set out in section 2.4.2 of the CEI, declaration that applicant fulfils the selection criteria established in section 2.4.3 of the CEI and acceptance of the terms and conditions of EASA’s personal data protection policy.

Finally once your application form is properly completed please click "Submit" to send your application upon which you should receive shortly after an email acknowledgement of your application submission. It is important to bear in mind that completing the form takes approximately 45 minutes and that your application form cannot be saved during the application process. If the form is closed prior to submission all data will be lost. For the avoidance of doubt, submission of the form shall follow, be governed by and subject to the terms and conditions of the underlying call for expression of interest.
