The Commission has adopted on the 26 of September Standardised European Rules of the Air (SERA) which are the rules of the air applicable to airspace users and aircraft engaged in general air traffic operating in EU airspace, Competent Authorities of the Member States, Air Navigation Service Providers and the relevant ground personnel engaged in aircraft operations
