Industry stakeholders are invited to participate to the STC workshop 2019 on 16th - 17th May 2019. It is primarily aimed at STC applicants to support them in their certification tasks.
With this event, EASA is providing regulatory updates, technical presentations and networking opportunities. Enhanced communication and faster certification data processing should be the outcome of this event.
This year the format of the STC workshop will include interactive sessions at the end of the first day to allow exchanges about particular technical issues with EASA staff.
Please note that the videos of the technical presentations will be uploaded afterwards to our Youtube channel.

Please be aware that the number of available places is limited to 100. In this respect, the initial registration can only be accepted for a maximum of 2 persons per organisation. Please note that our events policy requires an amount of 80 € participation fee per day and per person (total 160 € for the two days). The participation fee will cover the meeting room and catering costs. The accommodation and travel costs will have to be carried by each participant.
Participants who are supporting the organisation of the workshop (i.e. presenters) can be exempted from the obligation of paying a participation fee.
Cancellations shall be made in writing until two weeks before the start of the conference to CT1 [dot] 4 [dot] AdminSTCandSpecialProjects [at] easa [dot] europa [dot] eu. A 25% non-refundable administrative fee per cancelled registration will incur.
Delegates who request a cancellation 13 days or less before the start of the conference or delegates who fail to attend the event without prior notice are liable for the full attendance fee. The attendance fee will not be prorated should delegates not attend the entire event.
