Side Meeting Day (prior the Product Certification and Design Organisation Approval Workshop)

Prior the workshop Plenary session a Side Meeting day will be organised. Participation is limited to Industry Representatives only.

The Side Meetings will take place at EASA premises and will be charged with a fee of 80 Euro per person.

What’s new?

Ten side meetings have been planned. Following the feedback from last year’s event, “community groups” will be complemented by “topic groups” focusing on subjects which could be of interest across communities.

An overview of foreseen groups is provided below, along with information on the moderators and on the max duration of the meeting.

How can Industry contribute to the side meeting event?

Company focal point will be requested to answer a very brief survey (request will be sent via email).
This survey will lead to a selection of topics which will be of interest for a specific group.

How many topics?

Company holding a DOA or APDOA (STC, TC, Repairs) can propose max two topics, one per group.
Company holding only an APDOA for ETSO can propose one topic for group 4.
Company holding a DOA and an APDOA for ETSO can propose max three topics, one per group (one mandatorily for group 4 if of interest of the ADOA).

The survey will be closed on 25th of July to allow the necessary coordination among the moderators and to integrate the groups as necessary. Lack of topics for a certain group will result in the cancellation of the related side meeting.
