Side Meeting Day (prior the Product Certification and Design Organisation Approval Workshop)

Date & time 21/11/2017 (from 10:00 AM to 18:00 PM) Prior the workshop Plenary Session a Side Meeting day will be organised. Participation is limited to Industry representatives only (120 persons maximum).   This Side Meeting event will take place at EASA premises and will be charged with a fee of €80,00 per person. After the payment you will receive an email confirmation of participation.    Please bear in mind that only 1 representative maximum per organisation can be registered for that meeting. During this day 6 thematic groups will moderated by representatives from the Product Certification and DOA Departments.

People from the Industry are expected to propose topics of discussion by accessing an online form.

Deadline for submitting any proposal is set on 13.10.2017 to allow the necessary coordination among mediators and to integrate the team as necessary.

People interested to join a thematic group are welcome to express their interest to participate to the group focal point.

The outcome of Side Meetings will be presented during the second day of workshop Plenary Session.

How to register

The participation to the Side Meeting is limited to 120 external participants (Industry representatives only).
We remind you that only 1 representative maximum per organisation can be registered to the Side Meeting.

Cancellations & Refund Policy
Substitutions and cancellations can be made until 31/10/2017. Please notify us as soon as possible at certification-doa_workshop [at] easa [dot] europa [dot] eu.
Cancellations of an accepted registration must be made in writing to 
certification-doa_workshop [at] easa [dot] europa [dot] eu and will incur in a 25% non-refundable administrative fee per cancelled registration.
Delegates who request a cancellation on or after 01/11/2017 or delegates who fail to attend without prior notice are liable for the full attendance fee. Refunds of fees will be made after 22/01/2018. The attendance fee will not be prorated should delegates not attend the entire conference.

Special hotel rate
Please be advised that the Hotel Pullman Cologne is offering a special hotel rate for the participants of the EASA Product Certification and Design Organisation Approval Workshop from 21.11.-23.11.2017.
The price will be €162,00 for a single room per night (Breakfast included). Please note that the city tax will be added to this amount.
