Product Certification & Design Organisation Approval Workshop - Plenary Session

A waiting list for the attendance for the Plenary Session (22 & 23/11/2017) is going to be established and available slots will be distributed accordingly. Objective of the workshop
The objective of the workshop is to provide Industry representatives and Authorities staff involved in EASA DOA with an update on DOA working methods and related Product Certification topics and with an overview of ongoing rulemaking activities.
Welcome of participants will start at 08:30 AM on the first day; the second day the meeting will start at 08:30 AM and is scheduled to finish at 16:00 PM.
Participation is limited to Industry Representatives, EASA and National Aviation Authorities staff (420 persons maximum).
Outputs of the side meeting day from 21/11/2017 will be presented on the second day of the plenary session.

Cancellations & Refund Policy

Substitutions and cancellations can be made until 31/10/2017. Please notify us as soon as possible at certification-doa_workshop [at] easa.europa.eu.

Cancellations of an accepted registration must be made in writing to certification-doa_workshop [at] easa.europa.eu and will incur in a 25% non-refundable administrative fee per cancelled registration.
Delegates who request a cancellation on or after 01/11/2017 or delegates who fail to attend without prior notice are liable for the full attendance fee. Refunds of fees will be made after 22/01/2018. The attendance fee will not be prorated should delegates not attend the entire conference.

Please be advised that the Hotel Pullman Cologne is offering a special hotel rate for the participants of the EASA Product Certification and Design Organisation Approval Workshop from 21.11.-23.11.2017.

The price will be €162,00for a single room per night (Breakfast included). Please note that the city tax will be added to this amount.
